SFS Appraisal Services, Inc. is a residential real estate appraiser firm that serves Maryland and Northern Virginia including the Washington, D.C. and Baltimore, Maryland metropolitan areas. The company principal is Michael Sarvi. Michael has been an appraiser since 1992 and is the principal appraiser. Michael completes appraisals and oversees and supervises the work of our fee appraisers. Michael is licensed in Maryland, Washington, D.C. and Virginia and is approved by HUD for the Washington D.C. and Baltimore, Maryland field offices.
